In order to ensure you and your clients are making the right technical decisions, our consultants and engineers are able to provide a wide range of answers and information such as:

- Product specs (i.e. "speeds and feeds")
- Product demonstrations
- Product comparisons (but NOT recommendations of one vendor over another)
- Compatibility and Interoperability considerations with multiple products or a product within a specific environment.
- Deployment / Migration considerations
- Information regarding our broad portfolio of professional services
- We DO help your customer select what products and configuration options they need based on their requirements
- We DO NOT provide assistance in selecting skus, bundles, or how to configure a sales order

If you contact us (either by phone or online) during your standard business hours, we will respond to your request by having a member of our support team contact you within 2 business hours to schedule a call with one of our engineers. If you contact us after hours, we will contact you by 9:00 A.M. on the following business day.
We observe the following U.S. holidays. Any requests for support on these days will be considered after hours support and subject to the associated after hours response time and pricing.
