Blue Coat Certified Proxy Administrator (BCCPA)
The course is for novice Blue Coat Systems Administrators and is intended for students who wish to master the fundamentals of Blue Coat products. The BCCPA Course focuses on Blue Coat's most recent operating system. Students will learn about the HTTP protocol, ProxySG deployment strategies, and initial setup. Students will also learn about the Management Console, Visual Policy Manager, and will receive instruction in authentication, policy management, and URL filtering.

Blue Coat Certified Proxy Professional (BCCPP)
The course is for Experienced Blue Coat Administrators and is intended for students who wish to master the advanced features of Blue Coat products. You must complete the BCCPA course before enrolling in the BCCPP course. The BCCPP course covers system architecture, policy tracing, advanced HTTP topics, the SOCKS protocol and compression, Endpoint Mapper, bandwidth management, the SSL protocol, and advanced topics relating to access logging.

Blue Coat PacketShaper Certified Expert
The Blue Coat PacketShaper Certified Professional Program is designed to recognize IT professionals that possess the necessary skills to use Blue Coat PacketShaper solutions effectively in a wide variety of settings. The exam requirements require that your certification will demonstrate that you have the experience and skills to successfully deploy Blue Coat PacketShaper products, in a variety of networking environments.
The PCE Certification is attained by passing the Blue Coat PacketShaper 6 Certification Exam at a Prometric Training Center. It is recommended that students attend the Blue Coat PacketShaper Specialist Level I and Packeteer Level II classes prior to taking the Exam.
