Alternative Technology Announces a New President and Chief Operating Officer
Denver, CO, July 1, 2002 – Alternative Technology, a leading distributor of thin-client/server-based computing, security, wireless and other complimentary product solutions, announces William R. Botti as their new President and Chief Operating Officer. Alternative Technology (AltTech) has become one of North America’s largest value-added distributors offering a suite of product solutions and service packages.

Mr. Botti’s determination and enthusiasm to grow AltTech’s business was evident when adding two new manufacturer partners (WatchGuard and Secure Computing), creating a new Customer (reseller) Partner Program, and enhancing AltTech’s current educational training, on-site engineering, prepaid engineering agreements, and telephone technical support programs while acting as Vice President of Business Development.
